Directions to Whakatane

From Rotorua - 84kms. Follow State Highway 30 all the way to Whakatane. Take the 1st left over the bridge onto Landing Rd and we are about 400m on the right. From Tauranga - 88kms Follow the Pacific Coast Highway all the way to Whakatane. DON'T MISS THE TURNOFF LEFT 8 KMS PAST TE PUKE OR YOU'LL END UP IN ROTORUA!! Take the first left over the bridge onto Landing Rd and we are about 400m on the right. From Gisborne - 188kms Take State Highway 2 travelling through Opotiki and take the turning via Ohope Beach. At the bottom of the Gorge Hill getting into Whakatane turn right. At the 2nd roundabout verre left onto McAlister St then Left at next roundabut onto Domain Rd. Continue straight down through 2 roundabouts and just past the 2nd roundabout, on the left is Karibu backpackers. 13 Landing Rd, Whakatane.
